BRE Barite reclaiming system is formed in response to petroleum solid-control technical development on the basis of ordinary barite reclaiming systems and advanced technology from overseas.
BRE-Ⅱbarite reclaiming system is a variable frequency control tri-machine system, which means two specially designed mid-speed centrifuges for barite reclaiming system plus one variable frequency high-speed centrifuge,with the former reclaiming barite and the latter removing the harmful solid phase. The system has high reliability in operation,strong reclaiming capability and higj economic benefit,simplifying system operational procedures and optimzing the work procedure and flow of the barite reclaiming system. It is suitable for both weighted mud and non-weighted mud.
Technical advantages and characteristics
&﹟9830; The new type variable frequency centrifuge with strong adaptation and precision marking developed by us is adopted, which can treat the mud with max density of 2.5g/cm3, reclaimable barite of 7～75μm in diameter, weighted mud of ＞4m3/h(2.5g/cm3), 15m3/h(1.8g/cm3) and non-weighted mud of ＞40m3/h(1.3g/cm3)
&﹟9830; The good performanced and high-speed centrifuge developed by us is also adopted, which has the maxmum work speed of 3400r/min and could effectively remove small granular solids with the minimum diameter of 2μm

In March,2007 ,the co***ny applied for national invention patent for its barite reclaiming system and in the end of 2007, the system passed the scientific assessment held by COSL.
